Structure Design Team The Structure Design Team aims for the "mecatronic" design of technology, which takes electronic, mechanic, environmental and economic conditions into consideration and controls the capacity of the electronic equipment within its limit. In addition, the team, by using CAD in product design and verification, is making constant efforts to develop a perfect and efficient product and to set up a database, which will serve as a basis for better telecommunication systems development. Production Management Team Currently, we are in an age of technological revolution. The production management team is responsible for technology development in Solid Technologies. Production refers to making useful products and services by applying human forces to mother nature. The goal of the team is to realize our vision with the help our customers through the following processes: production planning, manufacturing, pilot-testing, outsourcing management and quality management. Furthermore, the ultimate goal of the team is to become a leader in manufacturing technology who can contribute to the betterment of humankind. Sales Team The Sales Team is responsible for marketing and sales of telecommunication repeaters, the core business of Solid Technologies. The team is also responsible for maintaining internal cooperation between the production and finance departments so that products are delivered on time and the bill is collected and managed accordingly. Another key responsibility of the sales division is looking after the customer satisfaction of Solid Technologies' major customers-telecommunications service providers. 3 / 5
