I think the core element of any organization is its employees' capabilities, mindset, and values. I strongly believe that a corporate culture that is built with this belief at its foundation, and that has a CEO whose leadership promotes such a culture, are the most critical elements of the company. With that in mind, I came to realize after working for Solid Technologies that it has a strong mix of leadership and freedom for its employees, something often missed from the outside. I think this aspect of Solid Technologies' corporate culture is what gives it greater potential than other companies. What are Solid Technologies strengths? Good people and their enthusiasm for excellent technology are Solid Technologies' strengths. By good people I mean those with good values as well as good personalities. Good people feel responsible for their neighbors and society-it is an extended concept of a neighborhood. Solid Technologies has many such good people who respect individual diversities while being able to coordinate their skills for the common good of the organization. Also, as the name of the company suggests, Solid Technologies' biggest strength lies in the technology that enriches our lives and contributes to making our society a better place.
