How did you feel about SOLiD before and after you entered the company? I read SOLiD aiming to ensure that employees are happy to work at the company. I wondered whether such a company could exist. However I am pleased to say that the longer I stay at SOLiD, the more I come to enjoy working here. In which department are you in and what kind of work do you do? My job is quality assurance. Quality assurance of incoming parts is the important process of checking the condition of raw materials and components provided by vendors. Most failures of products are caused by these components. The thorough inspection of incoming parts to achieve a 0% failure rate in our products is a key to our company's success. How have you changed since you joined SOLiD? I became a more positive person. I have come to consider others first rather than simply thinking about my own we being. Working at this company made me think that team spirit is more important than individualism. Do you have anything to say to those applying to SOLiD? SOLiD will not be a company that makes your mind and body tired. SOLiD will be a company where employees enjoy work.
